Used to be Diver Dan's Boatshed in TV series Seachange,
now a café, now called At the Heads, on the mouth of the Barwon River, Victoria.
After leaving Bendigo, we stayed at Geelong for a few days, to catch up with some old friends
we made on our last trip, when in Cairns. When our car had broken down for 6 weeks,
Henry & Valma had helped us out.
Called into Geelong Retro Vintage shop while there.

I thought Jan had a good idea, but the bulb didn't light up

Guard god in market, lets call him Boots!

Full size boxing figure, price tag $3,500

Ay, Carumba! it's Jan
We then moved down to Barwon Heads, spending 5 days in a Van park overlooking the Barwon River mouth. A nice, relaxing spot in a beautiful part of Victoria.

From that base, we took small trips down as far as Lorne on the Great Ocean Road,
and to the Western side of Port Philip Bay at Pt. Lonsdale

Start of the Great Ocean Road, East End
e
Aireys Inlet Lighthouse
Foreshore at Lorne
Pt Lonsdale Jetty
Ocean Grove, other side of the Barwon Rivermouth, a very popular swimming beach for locals.
From Barwon Heads, our next stop is going to be Melbourne,
staying there for a week to do some sightseeing, before
heading off to Tasmania
